Corrupted log file

If you already have installed the password and you get the following error message:

On UNIX:

You need to run the installation script

Select Password Log File Maintenance. You will now be asked for your EasyCopy license server Primary Key.

The Primary Key is mentioned in the password details, you got together with the password string.

At the prompt, type:

ecdaemon start

It may take several minutes!

When the license dispatcher reports that it is now accepting queries, users may begin working with EasyCopy.

This should fix the problem.
